Governed Voice AI for agencies serving regulated DACH industries. White-glove onboarding from our engineering team.
Article 50 enforced on every call. A cryptographic, tamper-evident receipt your end-client's DPO can independently inspect. Our engineering team configures your first compliant agent end-to-end — first governed test call the same day. You operate, we engineer.
Same-day go-live assumes a signed MSA, your Article 50 disclosure wording, and a knowledge-base draft ready on the day. Scoping to signature is typically 3-5 business days.
Best suited to agencies with 3+ active clients or 10,000+ minutes/month.
Why agencies pick Audact
- A signed, tamper-evident receipt for every call — proof a competitor can't show your end-client's DPO
- White-label and sub-accounts from day one — your brand, one invoice for the whole book
- Article 50 disclosure enforced at runtime — handled for you, not a checklist you maintain
- EU-hosted in Frankfurt — the compliance answer that wins regulated end-clients
- Voice and outbound on one evidence chain — more booked appointments, less to miss
The Agency Proof Suite
Three documents that win, keep and defend every client.
Your end-client doesn't buy a cryptographic receipt because it's elegant. They buy what it lets you do.
Win the account
Prospect Audit Report — a white-labelled compliance-gap report on a prospect's current voice stack. Walk into the pitch with proof they're exposed, and proof you close the gap.
Prove monthly value
Monthly Client Value Report — a signed, client-ready report showing disclosures delivered, claims blocked, calls governed and evidence exported. Renewal justification, every month.
Defend the deployment
Incident Defense Packet — a complete evidence package for complaints, DPO review and procurement. When a call is disputed, you hand over the receipt — not an apology.
How white-glove pilot works
From scoping call to your first governed test call — the same day.
We onboard each agency personally. No flow-builder to learn, no templates to wire. You sign, we ship.
20-minute scoping call
We map your end-clients, the calls you want automated, the Article 50 disclosure wording, and the compliance evidence your end-clients need each month.
We configure your first agent
Our engineering team builds the agent end-to-end. Prompt, voice, Article 50 disclosure runtime, evidence chain, CRM webhook — all wired before go-live. Your first compliant agent — first governed test call the same day.
Live calls + monthly compliance reports
Your agent runs in production for 90 days. You get cryptographic compliance receipts per call, a monthly signed PDF report ready for your end-client's DPA, and 4 hours/month of direct support.
Agency-tier capabilities
Everything a regulated end-client asks for — already in the box.
- Article 50 disclosure runtime (DE/NL/FR/AT/BE on launch)
- Cryptographic evidence chain — receipt per call (Merkle-signed)
- Monthly compliance PDF report for your end-client's DPA
- External white-label — the caller hears your end-client's brand
- EU-only data residency (Frankfurt)
- Inbound + controlled outbound calls (Telnyx EU + LiveKit)
- Knowledge Base, post-call summary, transcript download
- 4 hours/month direct support from the engineering team
- Article 50 attestation across all 27 EU member states — disclosure scripts per Member State language
- Multi-Regulation Bundle access — Article 50 + DORA + MiCA + DSA evidence in one chain
What the caller hears — today
External white-label, fully operational
The agent introduces itself as your end-client. The Article 50 disclosure names them. The call recording is theirs. Compliance receipts are signed under their identity.
What the agency sees — Q4 2026
Dashboard CNAME + theming
Today the agency-facing dashboard runs on app.audact.ai. Custom CNAME, logo, theme, and email-templates ship Q4 2026.
After the 90-day pilot
On day 91, nothing turns off. You move to Agency Pro.
The pilot rolls straight into Agency Pro at €499/mo (5,000 minutes included, €0.11/min after). No graduation cliff, no re-onboarding. Here is exactly what stays included.
Your live dashboard
app.audact.ai keeps running your agents and sub-accounts. Nothing is switched off when the pilot ends.
A signed receipt per call
The cryptographic, tamper-evident evidence chain keeps producing a receipt on every call — exportable as PDF + JSON.
Your monthly compliance report
The signed monthly PDF for your end-client's DPA continues, the same artifact the pilot delivered.
24-hour email support SLA
Email support with a 24-hour response target stays included on Agency Pro — no separate plan to buy.
Optional · White-Glove Continuation
Want hands-on escalation and 4 hours/month of dedicated engineering time to stay on? Add the continuation for +€499/mo on top of Agency Pro. It is opt-in — standard Agency Pro already covers the dashboard, receipts, monthly report and 24-hour email support above.
No lock-in. Under the EU Data Act, switching and data-portability rights apply from January 2027 — your agents, recordings and evidence-chain exports are yours to take with you. How your data and brand stay yours.
Something to put in front of your end-client. For each sub-account you can pull a per-client evidence export (their signed call receipts) and a plain-language GDPR / Article 50 one-pager describing how their callers are told it's AI and where their data sits — so you arrive in the renewal conversation with proof, not promises.
The proof, not the pitch
EU-hosted in Frankfurt — your end-client's data stays under EU law, and we are moving to a fully EU-native stack. The answer your regulated dental, legal and healthcare clients need on data residency — and one US-hosted providers can't give.
Service-Credit Coverage
If the Audact governance engine misses an Article 50 disclosure it should have enforced, we credit your account, up to the cap defined in your MSA.
Account service-credits only — not insurance, and not cover for third-party, regulatory-fine or end-customer damages. Applies to governance-engine misses. See the Trust Center for full scope.
Product Liability Directive · from 9 December 2026
White-labelling to dental or healthcare clients? The responsibility lands on you.
From 9 December 2026, the EU Product Liability Directive (2024/2853) can treat an agency that puts its own brand on an AI service as the “manufacturer.” For white-label AI in personal-injury verticals — dental and healthcare — that means strict (no-fault) responsibility can attach to your agency for harm a defective product causes. You become the party that has to show it acted responsibly.
A per-call, tamper-evident record of exactly what the agent did and did not say is the kind of documentation that helps you demonstrate due diligence — that the agent stayed inside its scope and disclosed it was AI. Audact produces that record on every call, so the proof exists before you ever need it.

Our reference deployment — full disclosure
Tirza AI Ltd — our own EU reference deployment
Tirza AI Ltd is Audact's own EU reference deployment — we run Audact on Audact across five EU jurisdictions. It validates multi-jurisdiction Article 50 disclosure, evidence-chain export, and per-country policy bundles in production. Founder-affiliated and fully disclosed, so this is our own lighthouse, not external traction.
- EU reference deployment across NL/BE/DE/IT/FR
- Validates multi-jurisdiction Article 50 disclosure + per-country policy bundles in production
- Standard Audact DPA applies; Tirza data processed identically to external agency-customers
- Shareholder overlap with the Audact founder is fully disclosed
- Treated as internal validation — not counted toward reported agency-customer traction
