White-label scope · for agencies
Exactly what your end-client sees — and what they don’t.
White-label means your end-client’s callers experience your end-client’s brand, end to end. Here is the honest split: what is live today on the caller side, what your agency operates from the dashboard, and what is still on the roadmap. No claims of features that aren’t shipped yet.
What the caller experiences — live today
The caller hears your end-client's brand
The agent introduces itself as your end-client, in your end-client's voice and wording. Your callers never hear the word Audact, and they don't hear your agency either — they hear the brand they expect.
Article 50 names your end-client
The runtime AI disclosure tells the caller they are speaking with an AI on behalf of your end-client, by name, in the caller's language. Enforced on every call, today.
Receipts signed under their identity
Every call produces a cryptographic, tamper-evident receipt. The disclosure record and the receipt are signed under your end-client's identity — the call recording is theirs, exportable as PDF + JSON.
What your end-client never sees
- The Audact name on the call — the caller hears your end-client, not us.
- Your agency margin or the rate you pay Audact — billing stays on your side.
- Other agencies' or other end-clients' data — sub-accounts are isolated.
- The agency dashboard — end-clients don't log in to app.audact.ai; you do.
The agency dashboard — what runs now, what ships Q4 2026
Your dashboard runs on app.audact.ai — today
You log in and operate every agent, sub-account and evidence export from app.audact.ai right now. End-clients do not log in here; this is your agency console.
Custom CNAME on your own domain — Q4 2026
Putting the dashboard on a domain you control (e.g. portal.youragency.com) is on the roadmap for Q4 2026. Until then it lives on app.audact.ai.
Your logo, theme and email templates — Q4 2026
Agency-branded dashboard logo, colour theme and the templates for system emails ship together in Q4 2026. We'd rather tell you the date than imply it's already there.
Today the agency-facing dashboard runs onapp.audact.ai. The caller-side white-label is fully operational now; the dashboard branding ships Q4 2026. This is a roadmap, not a promise of a shipped feature.
How the data-processing relationship is disclosed
White-label changes what the caller hears — it does not hide who processes the data. In the data-processing chain, your agency is the controller (or processor) toward your end-client, andAudact AI Ltd acts as your data processor(and sub-processor toward your end-clients), under a Data Processing Agreement. That relationship is documented in the DPA so your end-client’s DPO can see exactly who touches the data and where it sits — EU-hosted in Frankfurt.
General information, not legal advice. Your DPA governs the specific terms — talk to your own counsel about your controller / processor roles.
No lock-in — your brand and your data stay yours
Because the brand the caller hears is your end-client’s, and the receipts are signed under their identity, the relationship and the record belong to you and your end-client — not to us. Under the EU Data Act, switching and data-portability rights apply from January 2027: your agents, recordings and evidence-chain exports are yours to take with you.
Read the Trust CenterWhat you can put in front of your end-client
For each sub-account you can pull a per-client evidence export — their own signed call receipts — and a plain-language GDPR / Article 50 one-pager describing how their callers are told it’s AI and where their data sits. You arrive in the renewal conversation with proof under your own brand, not promises.
Sell as your own brand. Keep the evidence.
Caller-side white-label is live today, dashboard branding ships Q4 2026, and a signed receipt lands on every call from day one. EU-hosted in Frankfurt.
Audact’s evidence-chain technology is patent-pending (UK IPO). Tirza is Audact’s own EU reference deployment.
