Governed Voice AI for regulated financial services

Built for agencies serving regulated financial-services clients across DACH — banks, lenders, insurers and collections teams. A patent-pending outbound eligibility engine gates every dial, with Article 50 disclosure and a signed per-call receipt built in — both live. DORA and MiCA policy packs and voice-authentication (anti-vishing) are on the roadmap for the per-jurisdiction engine; DATEV write-back is on the roadmap for Q4 2026. NL/DE Inkasso outbound (NL Telecomwet) is one live, high-regulation wedge. Direct bank and insurer engagements come via Enterprise inbound.

Integration stack

DATEV

Accounting and bookkeeping write-back for DACH financial workflows — on the roadmap for Q4 2026.

Inkasso / WIK

Dutch and German collection-law rule packs — disclosure, contact-frequency caps, scripted notices. Live.

DORA

Operational-resilience policy pack for financial entities in scope — rolling out.

MiCA

MiCA disclosure policy pack for crypto-asset service providers — rolling out.

Why regulated financial services

Financial communications are the most heavily-regulated voice channel in Europe. DORA operational-resilience duties, MiCA disclosure, GDPR, Article 50 — and, for collections, NL Telecomwet (1 July 2026) and Inkasso/WIK contact rules — stack on top of each other. A single non-compliant call can void an engagement or create supervisory exposure.

Live today: Audact’s outbound eligibility engine checks every dial against contact-frequency caps, opt-out lists and per-jurisdiction permission, with Article 50 disclosure, a signed per-call receipt and vulnerable-person detection layered on top — all patent-pending. On the roadmap: a voice-authentication (anti-vishing) layer, with the DORA and MiCA policy packs rolling out and DATEV write-back due Q4 2026. Outbound debt-collection is simply the most extreme test of that same stack.

Ecosystem fit

Audact financial is sold through agencies serving regulated financial-services clients, and works alongside the GRC and privacy-management tooling those clients already run, slotting into existing compliance review workflows. Direct bank and insurer engagements come via Enterprise inbound.

For agencies servicing financial: agency-tier white-label, sub-accounts, Stripe Connect routing.
