About Audact
Making compliance infrastructure accessible for every AI deployer in Europe.
Our Mission
Making compliance infrastructure accessible for every AI deployer in Europe.
The EU AI Act introduces binding transparency and governance obligations for anyone deploying AI systems — with Article 50 enforcement starting 2 August 2026. Four EU regulations hit simultaneously in 2026: NL Telecomwet (1 July), Article 50 (2 August), plus DORA and DSA already in force. Audact covers all four with one evidence chain.

Intellectual Property
Audact has filed 44 patent-pending families at the UK Intellectual Property Office (UK IPO) covering over 330 individual claims across AI governance, compliance attestation, data residency, and agent orchestration. PCT international filings: 25-30 top-cluster families, targeted Q1 2027. Patent licensing program (per-bundle, post-PCT Q1 2027): see/patents/licensing.
Technology
Our platform is built as a Go monorepo backed by PostgreSQL and Redis, running on AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1) to ensure EU data residency. The architecture is modality-neutral — voice-first today, with chat compliance shipping Q4 2026 and outbound APIs in private beta ahead of go-live with our design partner Tirza AI Ltd.
Design partner — Tirza AI Ltd
Tirza AI Ltd is Audact’s EU-lighthouse design partner and an early multi-jurisdiction deployment of the platform. Shareholder overlap with the Audact founder is fully disclosed, inter-company pricing is cost-plus, and Tirza usage is treated as internal validation — not arm’s-length customer revenue, and not counted toward reported traction. Full disclosure:/customers/tirza.
