    Your AI writes the email. Nothing has been sent.

    The draft is checked against your rules: prices, dates, promises and information that must stay inside.

    A person decides, when needed

    A draft that crosses one of your rules waits for a person on your team instead of going out.

    Handed to the delivery service

    Your mail provider, or a secure delivery service where you use one, takes the message. That is not yet delivery.

Whether the email was delivered, and whether the business outcome happened, only the systems that handle them can confirm.

Is Governed Email available?
Not yet as a standard product, and no date has been announced. A working email agent is in controlled testing on the same control layer as Governed Voice AI. Early access is decided case by case: tell us about one email workflow with a clear limit.
In controlled testing
Will it rewrite my emails?
Not automatically. A draft that crosses one of your rules is designed to be held, so the author or a person you name decides what goes out.
When does an email count as delivered?
Only when the mail system says so. Governed Email is designed to keep three things apart: the provider accepted the message, the message was delivered, and the business outcome happened. Each is shown only when the system that handles it confirms it.
