Article 50 of the EU AI Act, inside the callArticle 50 has applied since 2 August 2026. It is a transparency duty, not a ban: a person must be told they are interacting with an AI system, and synthetic output must be marked in a machine-readable format, detectable as artificially generated. The Commission guidelines of 20 July 2026 confirm that a full provenance chain is not mandatory, and that for SMEs the penalty ceiling is the lower of the two figures, not the higher.

Further families have been filed since and are not listed there: the office does not publish an application until eighteen months after filing, so their subject matter is not stated. It is the operating entity: customer, pilot and supplier agreements are signed by it. The UK company holds the intellectual property and signs no customer contracts. Both entries are in the public registers named on the imprint.

Pricing in three layersFounding Agency Voice is the entry tier and it is limited to the first three external agencies. A standard tier follows from the fourth external customer. Enterprise starts as a scoped paid pilot, with production agreements by application rather than a published monthly figure. Four terms from the earlier founding offer were withdrawn: the lifetime price lock became twenty-four months on the base fee only, sector exclusivity ended, the White-Glove Continuation ended, and unlimited sub-accounts became unlimited draft and test accounts with up to five production deployments. The roadmap holds what is in build and what is planned, with one rule: no date that has already passed. There is no public status page yet and no subscription to one; the Trust Center says where that stands.
