Subject Access Request.
Under GDPR Article 15 you have the right to obtain confirmation of whether Audact processes personal data about you, a copy of that data, and information about how it is processed.
How to submit
Emailprivacy@audact.aiwith the following fields. We will respond within30 days(extendable by up to 60 days for complex requests, with notice).
- Full name (as it appears on government ID)
- Account or customer reference, if applicable
- Scope of request — which personal data, which time range
- Identity verification method (we will share a secure upload link)
- Preferred response format (PDF or structured JSON)

If Audact is your processor
Where Audact processes your data on behalf of a controller (typically an agency or end-customer), we will route your request to that controller and assist them in fulfilling it within the same SLA.
