5. Intellectual property holding company

The two companies do different things and it is worth stating which is which. Audact AI Ltd holds the intellectual property and the brand, and signs no customer contracts. AUDACT AI LIMITED (Ireland, CRO 822514) is the operating company: it runs this service. Which Audact company is party to your contract is set in the order form you sign; the DPA, section 1, states the position.

For EU data-protection matters, write to privacy@audact.ai. A formal representative under GDPR Article 27 will be designated where applicable law requires one.

6. VAT identification number

No VAT identification number has been issued to AUDACT AI LIMITED yet, so none is stated here. Section 5(1)(6) DDG requires the number only where one exists. It will be stated here once it has been issued.

7. Online dispute resolution / Online-Streitbeilegung

The European Commission discontinued its Online Dispute Resolution platform on 20 July 2025. There is no successor platform, so no link is given here.

Audact provides business-to-business services and is neither obliged nor willing to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
