Audact builds control and proof infrastructure for consequential AI, and voice is the first application on it. We grow the team around the people we meet rather than around a headcount plan, so if your work fits one of the three areas below, write to us. Roles are paid at market rate.
What we do
Compliance that runs inside the call, not next to it.
Each sentence segment the model produces is checked before it is sent to speech: the Article 50 disclosure is placed where the policy for that country requires it, brand and commercial claims are validated against what the customer has approved, and the call leaves a compliance receipt behind. In controlled testing · Germany: national policy layer active. Netherlands: in development. Belgium and Austria: planned.
That receipt is written while the call runs, and every field in it has to mean exactly one thing. Working at that level of precision is what the job is.
How we work
Depth over breadth, ownership over process, rigour over noise.
We use AI-assisted engineering, with human review on product behaviour and security. It raises the bar on review rather than lowering it: everything the platform asserts about a call has to survive somebody reading the record afterwards.
Compliance is a domain where the details decide the outcome. A regulation is not a slogan, a guideline point has a number, and a claim that cannot be substantiated does not ship. We build like that, and we write like that.
Who we want to hear from
Three areas.
- Engineering. Backend and platform engineers who care about correctness, evidence and uptime. You would work on the policy engine, the connectors and the evidence chain.
- Compliance and regulatory. Counsel and regulatory strategists with EU AI Act, GDPR, fintech or insurtech backgrounds. You would turn regulation into product and keep customers ready for the question they will eventually be asked.
- Go-to-market. Builders who can take a technical compliance product to agencies and regulated deployers: sales, partnerships and customer success.
