AI Act §14 — uncapped base-platform liability
Audact accepts uncapped liability on its side for base-platform Article 50 non-compliance. Customer-induced misuse remains customer-side per standard SaaS limitations.
EU Data Act Annex C — switching rights (from 12 Jan 2027)
Two-month notice migration-out, no switching fees. Data portability via standard formats (JSON + signed PDF) on request.
Cancellation fee · capped at 15%
Maximum 15% of remaining contract value OR documented unrecovered cost (whichever lower). V1.0 pilots additionally retain 30-day mutual opt-out for major quality-issues.
