Deletion request.
Under GDPR Article 17 you may request erasure of personal data Audact processes about you. Erasure is implemented viacrypto-shredding: the per-subject encryption key is destroyed, rendering the data permanently unreadable while preserving evidence-chain integrity required by other regulations (AI Act, MiCA, DORA).
How to submit

- Full name (as it appears on government ID)
- Account or customer reference, if applicable
- Data to be erased — specific identifiers and / or time range
- Identity verification method (secure upload link provided)
- Lawful basis cited under Article 17(1)(a-f)

Statutory retention exceptions
Certain evidence (Article 50 disclosure attestations, MiCA Article 68 records, DORA incident logs) must be retained under EU law. In those cases we crypto-shred the personal data while leaving the cryptographic hash record intact — the chain remains verifiable; the personal data does not.
