GDPR Article 17 · Right to Erasure

Deletion request.

Under GDPR Article 17 you may request erasure of personal data Audact processes about you. Erasure is implemented viacrypto-shredding: the per-subject encryption key is destroyed, rendering the data permanently unreadable while preserving evidence-chain integrity required by other regulations (AI Act, MiCA, DORA).

How to submit

Emailprivacy@audact.aiwith the fields below. We respond within30 days.

  • Full name (as it appears on government ID)
  • Account or customer reference, if applicable
  • Data to be erased — specific identifiers and / or time range
  • Identity verification method (secure upload link provided)
  • Lawful basis cited under Article 17(1)(a-f)

Statutory retention exceptions

Certain evidence (Article 50 disclosure attestations, MiCA Article 68 records, DORA incident logs) must be retained under EU law. In those cases we crypto-shred the personal data while leaving the cryptographic hash record intact — the chain remains verifiable; the personal data does not.
