Email privacy@audact.ai with the fields below. We respond within 30 days.
- Full name, as it appears on government ID
- Account or customer reference, if applicable
- Scope of the export — which data, which time range
- Identity verification method (we send a secure upload link)
- Preferred format: JSON (default) or CSV
- Direct controller-to-controller transfer destination, if any
2. Customer switching
For business customers leaving the Audact platform, the Data Act — Regulation (EU) 2023/2854, Chapter VI, Articles 23-31 — sets the terms: a two-month exit notice period, an export that keeps functional equivalence, and, from 12 January 2027, no switching charges (Article 29). That is the law; Audact's delivery of the export was re-measured on 26 August on browser calls, and Security states that measurement rather than a contractual guarantee.
