Audact agents move Pipedrive deals through pipeline stages, log activities, and attach call evidence. A DACH-SMB favourite because it’s the CRM most agency end-clients already run.
What it does
Audact creates Pipedrive activities for every call, advances deals between stages based on agent-outcome events (Qualified, Booked, Lost, Opted-Out), and attaches the Article 50 disclosure receipt + transcript to the person record. Inbound Pipedrive triggers (deal entering a stage) can fire outbound Audact campaigns, so the CRM stays the source-of-truth.
How to set up

- 03 · Choose which activity types and custom fields the agent may write.
