What it does
Audact agents create or update HubSpot contacts on every call, attach the call transcript and Article 50 disclosure receipt, and write outcome properties (booked, qualified, opted-out, escalated) back to the deal. Inbound HubSpot webhooks can also trigger outbound campaigns — sales-qualified lead in, Audact-callback out — with the evidence chain stitched end-to-end.
How to set up
- 01 · Connect HubSpot via API token / webhook in your Audact tenant.
- 02 · Map Audact outcome fields to HubSpot custom properties.
- 03 · Choose objects (contacts / deals / tickets) the agent may write to.
- 04 · Test in Sandbox — review evidence receipts, then flip to Live.
