If a tool isn’t on Audact’s native roadmap yet, the Zapier connector covers it. The general-purpose escape hatch — fire Zaps from any Audact event, trigger Audact campaigns from any Zap.
What it does
Audact connects to Zapier via webhook triggers (call completed, compliance event, outbound rejected, evidence exported) and actions (start outbound, post message, create receipt). Combined with Zapier’s 5,000+ apps, agencies can ship integrations into long-tail tools (Airtable, Monday, Google Sheets, Trello, ClickUp, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc.) in minutes — no code. Useful while the native roadmap catches up to whatever your end-client already uses.
How to set up
- 01 · Connect via Audact’s Webhooks-by-Zapier triggers and actions using your tenant API token.
- 02 · Paste the Audact API key from your tenant settings.
- 03 · Build a Zap with Audact as trigger, your target app as action (or vice-versa).
- 04 · Test, turn Zap on, ship.
