With 400K+ practitioners across Europe, Doctolib is the single largest patient-booking platform on the continent. Audact’s planned integration is designed to bring voice-AI receptionist capability while supporting the practice’s Article 50 (EU AI Act) disclosure obligations and the GDPR PHI handling required for medical data. Scope-of-practice controls are designed to block out-of-scope advice; PHI compartmentalisation is designed to keep patient identifiers out of LLM context. Targets medical-vertical agencies and DSO operators with multi-site practices.
