What it does
The Audact-Cal.com connector exposes Cal.com event types as schedulable tools to the agent. The agent checks real-time availability against each event type’s rules (working hours, buffer, round-robin host assignment), proposes 2-3 slots in the caller’s timezone, confirms the booking, and Cal.com sends the calendar invite + reminders. Used heavily for White-Glove pilot scoping calls and demo scheduling from the website AI Concierge.
How to set up
- 01 · Generate a Cal.com API key (Settings → Developer).
- 02 · Select the event types the agent may book against.
- 03 · Configure caller-data fields (email, phone, name).
- 04 · Test with a sandbox call — confirm the invite arrives, go Live.
