Landed, in build, planned. And which is which.

Only dates that are still ahead

This page holds what is finished, what is being worked on now, and what is planned. It carries one rule: a date appears only when it is still ahead of us and we are willing to be held to it. Where a row has no date, the date is not set. Saying that is more use to you than a quarter picked to fill the column.

Landed

Finished.

Each row says where it runs and carries the month it landed. The changelog holds the same events with more detail.

  • Item
Compliance enginePolicy engine, evidence chain on SHA-256 with Merkle batching and an RFC 3161 timestamp, audio validation, and a dashboard with role-based access; crypto-shredding for personal data is coming soon. All ten milestones work end to end on staging.
    Landed
    April 2026 · on staging
  • Item
Patent-pending families filed at the UK IPOThe governance stack filed in batches, starting in March 2026 and continuing through the summer. Filed is not granted, and none of it confers a right to stop anyone today.
    Landed

  • Item
Agency-first site and intakeThe apply form, the margin calculator, the Trust Center and the receipt explorer, built around agencies rather than around individual end clients.

In build

Being worked on now.

Active development. None of these carries a committed date; every line below reads No date set until one is set.

  • Item
Voice pipelineThe end-to-end runtime: telephony in, speech to text, model, speech out, with the governance check sitting synchronously in the path rather than reading the transcript afterwards.
    State
    In controlled testing
  • Item
Admin dashboard for the first pilotsCall history with audio and transcript, and the compliance verdict per call. Deliberately small: it is built for agencies being onboarded by hand, not for self-service.
    State
    No date set
  • Item
Monthly evidence packageThe monthly evidence package for your end-client's data protection officer is not in the offer; it is Under validation: we do not sell an evidence artefact we have not tested ourselves.
    State
    Under validation
  • Item
Processing agreement and claim matrixThe data processing agreement, the sub-processor list, per-jurisdiction disclosure scripts and the impact-assessment template, with counsel review in progress.
    State
    No date set

Planned

Planned, in roughly this order.

A quarter appears where one has been committed to. Where it does not, the sequence is what is decided and the calendar is not. Putting a quarter there anyway would only mean writing this page again in three months.

  • Item
First pilots liveThree agencies onboarded personally, with the Article 50 disclosure running per call and the receipt written for each one. Germany's national policy layer is active; the Netherlands is next, then Belgium and Austria.
    When
    No date set
  • Item
Recording and transcriptsCall recording in the interface and transcript downloads. Voice cloning and web chat are not part of this.
    When
    Planned
  • Item
Hosting evaluationPrimary application hosting is Frankfurt today, on infrastructure operated by a US-incorporated provider. A move to an EU-owned provider is under evaluation; the sub-processor list on the Trust Center says who is involved either way.
    When
    No date set
  • Item
Visual flow builderAgencies build and change their own agents, with the governance nodes available as part of the canvas rather than as a separate configuration step.
    When
    Planned
  • Item
Sub-accountsAgencies create end-client sub-accounts themselves, with data isolated per sub-account.
    When
    Working today
  • Item
Your own domainThe dashboard on the agency's own domain, with their own theme and their own email templates.
    When
    Planned
  • Item
Chat, with the same disclosure and the same receiptWeb chat under the same policy engine and the same evidence chain as voice, so one agency does not end up with two compliance stories.
    When
    Planned
  • Item
WhatsApp through an EU-based providerVoice and messaging in one bundle, routed through a business solution provider established in the EU.
    When
    Planned
  • Item
Further national policy layersA country is added when its national layer has been checked by a person against the national text, to the same standard as the German one, not when the map would look better. The order is the Netherlands, then Belgium, then Austria.
    When
    No date set
  • Item
Agents that improve from their own recordGovernance decisions and call outcomes feed prompt tuning, so a flow that keeps triggering the same intervention gets fixed rather than logged forever.
    When
    No date set
  • Item
Markets beyond the EUThe policy engine is built around European regulatory primitives, so a market outside the EU is a product decision and not a translation. The UK entry is gated on recurring revenue rather than on a date.
    When
    No date set

Want something on it

The roadmap follows what agencies tell us is blocking them, which means the fastest way onto it is to tell us during an intake call what is blocking you. What has already shipped is on the changelog, with the date it happened.
