Refund & Cancellation

Refund & cancellation policy.

This policy applies to all paid Audact engagements including the White-Glove Implementation Package and Agency Pro subscription.

1. Implementation refund (14 days)

The White-Glove Implementation Package is fully refundable within14 daysof contract signature, providedno live callshave been placed through the deployed configuration. Once any production call is made, the implementation work is considered delivered.

2. Subscription cancellation

Agency Pro is monthly, no annual minimum. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Apro-rata refundis issued where the customer cancels mid-month due to documented material breach by Audact (e.g. sustained SLA miss for two consecutive months).

3. Annual prepay

Annual prepay (15% discount) is refundable pro-rata for the unused portion if cancellation occurs within the first 90 days. After 90 days, annual prepay is non-refundable except for documented material breach.

4. Off-boarding window

On cancellation, the customer has a30-day off-boarding windowto export configurations, evidence chains, and historical reports. From 12 January 2027, no switching fees apply (EU Data Act Annex C).
