This is the shortest of the three migrations, because the shape is the same on both sides: agency-native, white-label, sub-accounts, EU processing. What you gain is the artefact — for governed interactions a receipt is visible in the product, and three of its fields recompute without a key — and the AI disclosure moving from a statement into the call itself. The export you would hand an auditor was retested on 26 August 2026 after the deploy, measured on browser calls rather than over a telephone line. Your conversation design converts.

What is different on the other side.
- For governed interactions a receipt is visible in the product: input hash, output hash, the link to the receipt before it, and Merkle inclusion. The first three recompute without a key, an account, or access to our systems; the fourth, inclusion in the Merkle root, is checked against the published root with the inclusion proof from the call's Article 50 report. Production export worked when it was retested on 26 August 2026 after the deploy, measured on browser calls rather than over a telephone line. The monthly evidence package is not in the offer; it is Under validation: we do not sell an evidence artefact we have not tested ourselves.

What it costs after
One rate, one invoice.
€1,497 implementation, then €499 a month with 5,000 minutes included and €0.11 a minute above that. Annual prepayment is 15% off. There is no annual minimum. Founding price for the first three external agencies. €2,995 and €749 from the fourth customer.
Questions
- We chose Synthflow partly for ISO 27001. What happens to that?
- Synthflow holds ISO 27001 since 3 March 2026, per its public documentation as of 27 August 2026, and we say so, because it is true and pretending otherwise would be both wrong and, in Germany, actionable. What we carry and do not carry is set out entry by entry in the Trust Center, and it is worth reading before you decide. A certificate and a per-call artefact answer different questions, and which one your client is asking decides which matters.
- How long does this one take?
- Shorter than the others, because the concepts map one to one: sub-accounts to sub-accounts, white-label to white-label. Still scoped before it is scheduled, and still with a parallel run if you want one.
