Boilerplate · short
About sixty words.
Audact is control and proof infrastructure for consequential AI. A mandate sets what a machine may cause on the company's behalf (the ceiling, the scope, the expiry) before the action runs. Anything above the line is stopped, and the stop is recorded; what did happen leaves a compliance receipt. Voice is the first application on it, with the EU AI Act Article 50 disclosure inside the call. Patent-pending governance stack filed at the UK IPO. Primary application hosting is Frankfurt.

About a hundred and twenty words.
Audact is control and proof infrastructure for consequential AI. A mandate fixes the ceiling, the scope and the expiry of what a machine may cause on the company's behalf before the action runs; anything above that line is stopped, and the stop is recorded; and every governed action leaves a compliance receipt. Voice is the first application on it: it checks each governed interaction before dispatch, supports EU AI Act Article 50 disclosure at runtime rather than in a policy document, and issues a tamper-evident compliance receipt for each governed interaction. Its policy engine is built per jurisdiction, because the national layer on top of Article 50 differs from country to country.
The architecture rests on a patent-pending governance stack filed at the UK Intellectual Property Office. Primary application hosting is Frankfurt. The commercial channel is agency-first: white-glove onboarding for vertical-specialist agencies, with sales-led intake. Founding Agency Voice is €1,497 setup plus €499 per month as a founding price for the first three external agencies, and Standard Agency Voice is €2,995 plus €749 from the fourth customer.

About two hundred and fifty words.
Audact is control and proof infrastructure for consequential AI. The company's premise is that authority has to be decided before the action rather than reconstructed after it: what a machine may cause on the company's behalf is fixed in a mandate (a ceiling, a scope, an expiry), and anything above that line is stopped, and the stop is recorded. Voice is the first application built on it, and there the same principle means the check sits in the path of the response, before the first word reaches the person on the other end.
Each sentence segment the model produces is checked before it is sent to speech; a segment already spoken is not withdrawn. In controlled testing Article 50 of the EU AI Act, national telecom disclosure rules and consent requirements per jurisdiction are applied at runtime. Brand governance runs in the same pass: pricing, claims and commercial commitments are validated against what the customer has approved.
Every governed interaction leaves a compliance receipt. The receipt carries an input hash, an output hash, the link to the previous receipt and its Merkle inclusion. A third party can recompute the first three without a key; the fourth, inclusion in the Merkle root, is checked against the published root with the inclusion proof from the call's Article 50 report. Together with them sits an authentication code issued under a key held by Audact. Later alteration or reordering of the chain is detectable by recomputation against a retained commitment.
The architecture rests on a patent-pending governance stack filed at the UK Intellectual Property Office, with the earliest priority dates in February 2026. Nothing in the portfolio is granted.
Audact addresses vertical-specialist agencies as its initial channel (legal tech and financial services; dental and healthcare communications are a future controlled cohort), with white-glove onboarding at €1,497 setup plus €499 per month — a founding price for the first three external agencies, €2,995 plus €749 from the fourth customer — and a gated Enterprise tier for strategic accounts. The intellectual property is held by Audact AI Ltd in London; commerce runs through AUDACT AI LIMITED in Ireland. Founded by René Rijvers, with engineering led by co-founder and CTO Senad.

Six things that would be wrong.
- Article 50 is a transparency duty. It carries no certificate and no harmonised standard, so no vendor can be certified for it.
- That the patents are granted or enforceable. They are applications, the earliest with priority dates in February 2026.
- An absolute residency claim: that nothing ever leaves the European Union. Primary application hosting is Frankfurt, and a number of sub-processors operate outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
- That the compliance receipt is signed, or that a third party can check all of it on their own. It carries an authentication code under a symmetric key held by Audact; three other fields (input hash, output hash and chain link) anyone can recompute without a key.
- That €1,497 plus €499 a month is Audact's price. It is the founding price and it runs out: it applies to the first three external agencies. From the fourth customer the price is €2,995 setup plus €749 per month.
- Tamper-proof, court-grade or court-admissible. The receipt is tamper-evident: it shows that the record was not altered, not who made it.
