**Last updated:** 2026-10-05

- **Patent portfolio:** patent-pending governance stack filed at the UK IPO

- **Modalities:** Voice — controlled tests only, no customers and no production traffic · Chat compliance — planned, not shipped
- **Pricing:** Founding Agency Voice — €1,497 one-time implementation + €499/mo + €0.11/min overage, for the first three external agencies. Standard Agency Voice from the fourth customer — €2,995 one-time + €749/mo, same 5,000 included minutes and same €0.11/min overage.

## Regulatory scope addressed by the policy engine
EU AI Act Article 50(1) + 50(2) · Article 27 FRIA · Article 4 Literacy · Article 57 Sandbox · Article 86 · GDPR Article 22 + Article 28 · NL Telecomwet

Article 50 has been in force since 2 August 2026. It is a transparency duty, not a ban.

## Certifications
None. No ISO 27001, no ISO 42001, no SOC 2, no NEN — none held, none in progress. Audact is not a qualified trust service provider. The RFC 3161 timestamps on the evidence chain come from freeTSA.org, a free public service, which is not an eIDAS-qualified trust service either.

Audact AI Ltd signed the EU AI Pact (Pillar II, voluntary commitments) on 10 June 2026 and appears on the European Commission signatory list. A voluntary pledge is not a certification, not an audit, not regulator approval, and not a presumption of conformity.

## Audience
- **Where we take applications today:** agencies in the Netherlands and Flanders. Applications from Germany and Austria are answered, but onboarding there is not open: DACH opens on a signed contract with a native-German sales rep, and that contract is not signed.
- **Verticals:** legal tech, financial services, B2B SaaS. Dental and healthcare communications are a future controlled cohort — each vertical page renders "Future controlled cohort · not accepting first-launch <vertical> deployments", naming its own sector — because both turn on special-category health data.
- **Agency Voice is sales-led.** Any one of four qualifies: a commitment of 10,000 minutes a month or more within ninety days; or at least three active end-clients; or a retainer model already running, with at least one end-client paying both a one-off implementation fee and a recurring monthly fee; or an annual contract with a minimum monthly invoice.
- **Enterprise is gated and not promoted:** intake is inbound or by introduction. Paid pilot, €15,000, scoped, roughly eight weeks; production agreements follow by application and are priced per contract.

## Related-party disclosure
Tirza IP Limited — shareholder overlap with the founder. Used as an internal reference deployment: the rollout starts in Germany, the one country whose national policy layer has been verified; the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and France follow once their packs have passed the same check. Not an independent design partner, and not arm's-length customer evidence.
