What it does
Audact posts structured messages to your Slack workspace for compliance-relevant events: Article 50 disclosure failure, scope-of-practice violation, evidence-chain export request, outbound eligibility rejection, escalation-to-human handoff, and daily / weekly compliance digests. Channels are per-sub-account, so agency staff can supervise multiple end-clients without channel-sprawl.
How to set up
- 01 · Connect Slack via an incoming-webhook URL in your Audact tenant.
- 02 · Map sub-accounts (end-clients) to Slack channels.
- 03 · Choose which event-types alert and which only log to digest.
- 04 · Test from the Audact console — alert lands in Slack, you’re done.
