• Entity: Tirza IP Limited.
• Relationship: Tirza IP Limited and Audact share a founding shareholder.
• Status: a reference deployment, treated as internal validation and not counted towards reported agency traction.
• Jurisdictions: Germany first, as the only verified policy pack; the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and France are planned and each follows its own verification.
• Commercial terms: inter-company at cost-plus, below the public rate, in exchange for production feedback and the right to reference the deployment.
• Data processing: the standard Audact data processing agreement applies; Tirza data is processed the same way as an external agency-customer's.

Why it exists

Five jurisdictions, one policy engine, one at a time.

Each jurisdiction brings its own disclosure wording, its own consent-recording rules, its own residency assumptions and its own outbound-eligibility logic. Germany is the pack that has been verified, so Germany is where the migration starts; the other four are built and verified one by one and each goes live only after its own check. Running all five against one policy engine, with one evidence chain across them, is the arrangement most likely to surface a defect — and the one we would least like an external client to surface for us.

That is the whole argument for doing it on ourselves first. A defect found here costs us a week; the same defect found at a dental practice costs someone else their relationship with a regulator.

Publishing short anonymised audio clips would make this page more persuasive, and it is planned. It waits on a consent review covering the intersection of data-protection law, the Dutch Telecommunicatiewet and the German competition-law rules on outbound. Until that review is finished, nothing goes up.
