What it runs, and the disclosure in full.
Reference deployment & founding cohort
We break it on a deployment of our own before an agency sees it.
Founding cohort open
Before an agency deployment meets the policy engine, we put our own deployment through it. Tirza IP Limited is migrating from Retell onto Audact, starting in Germany (the one verified policy pack) and is where multi-jurisdiction disclosure, evidence-chain export and per-country policy bundles get pressure-tested. Tirza shares a founding shareholder with Audact. Alongside it, the founding cohort is open to agencies willing to go live under a signed case study.
Where we stand
Four facts, before the rest of the page.
- Tirza IP Limited is a related-party reference deployment: it shares a founding shareholder with Audact and it is not an external customer.
- Zero external paying customers.
- Three founding places. The founding price holds for the first three external agencies; from the fourth customer the standard price applies.
- The way in is the agency qualification from the pricing page, unchanged, with one condition of its own on top: going live under a signed case study.
Reference deployment
Tirza IP Limited: what the reference deployment is for.
What it is useful for is the thing an external pilot cannot safely be used for: breaking the platform. Five jurisdictions means five disclosure texts, five sets of consent rules and five outbound eligibility questions running against one policy engine, with one evidence chain across them. They arrive one at a time, Germany first, each after its own verification. When something in that arrangement is wrong, we would rather find it on ourselves.
Founding cohort
What the first published agency story is worth.
The first agencies to go live and agree to a signed case study join the founding cohort. Two things come with it, and they are contractual rather than goodwill.
- What
- Twenty-four month price lock
- What it means
- The €499 a month Agency Pro base fee — the founding price, for the first three external agencies — holds for twenty-four months, whatever the public rate does later. Usage, extra scopes and future modules sit outside it.
- What
- Roadmap influence
- What it means
- A direct line into what gets built next, plus a founding badge in the console.
Who qualifies
Three ways in, and one condition on top.
The bar is the agency qualification from the pricing page, not a separate one invented for this page. Any one of the three is enough. We work with agencies in compliance-sensitive verticals: dental, legal, healthcare, financial services.
- Volume: a commitment of 10,000 minutes a month or more across your end-clients within ninety days.
- Or a retainer model already running: at least one end-client who pays you both a one-off implementation fee and a recurring monthly fee for operating the service. What you charge is yours to set — we do not price your work — but reselling minutes on their own is not a model we qualify on.
- Or an annual contract with a minimum monthly invoice.
- And, for the founding cohort only: going live and signing off on a published case study.
How we publish
With written permission, and never before.
A case study goes up when the deployment is live and the agency has signed off on the text. Nothing is published from a call, an intention or a screenshot, and no client name appears anywhere on this site without that signature behind it.
Questions
- Why is a related-party deployment on this page at all?
- Because leaving it out would be the misleading choice. It is a real migration, starting in Germany and reaching four more jurisdictions as their packs are verified, and it is where the policy engine gets its hardest use. Calling it what it is (our own reference deployment, founder-affiliated) is the only way to put it on the page honestly.
- Can I talk to the reference deployment?
- You can read what it does and see the artefacts it produces, and we will walk you through them. What we will not do is present a related party as an independent reference in a sales conversation.
- What does joining the founding cohort cost?
- Nothing extra. It is the founding price — €1,497 for the implementation and €499 a month for Agency Pro, held for the first three external agencies; from the fourth customer it is €2,995 and €749. The twenty-four month lock on the base fee and the roadmap line are added against a signed case study and reference. There is no sector or regional exclusivity.
