Platform architecture

The architecture behind Governed Voice AI.

EU-hosted, multi-regulation evidence chain, and a composable compliance API layer — the ground floor that makes every AI conversation auditable end to end.

01

Pre-dispatch by design

Every utterance is validated before it leaves the platform — disclosure, brand policy and eligibility are enforced in real time, not detected after the fact. Voice is live today; chat extends the same evidence chain. EU-hosted, multi-regulation, one cryptographic receipt per interaction.

02

Three product layers

AudactRules (open spec), six governance APIs (composable), and the Managed Platform (the agency-channel platform). Each layer is independently useful; together they make a conversation auditable end to end.

AudactRules — open compliance spec

Open specification for per-jurisdiction policy authoring, being prepared for submission into the CEN-CENELEC JTC 21 standardisation track. Designed as a reference grammar for EU AI Act policy authoring.

6 governance APIs

Composable building blocks: pre-dispatch validation, attestation, evidence chain, brand governance, eligibility, incident reconstruction. Used by the Managed Platform — and licensable independently.

Managed Platform

Production voice compliance — chat extends the same evidence chain (Q4 2026). Multi-tenant, white-label, EU-hosted in Frankfurt. The agency-channel platform your end-clients run on.

03

Patent portfolio

44 patent-pending families, filed UK IPO, covering the core compliance and brand-governance methods. A per-bundle patent-licensing program is planned for the top cluster.

Standards-body engagement

NEN membership targeted Q3 2026 as a gateway into ISO 42001 working groups. AudactRules is being prepared for submission into the CEN-CENELEC JTC 21 European AI standardisation track.

05

Regulator engagement

Submitted stakeholder input to the EU AI Office on Article 50 — including supplementary input on the draft Code of Practice for marking and labelling AI-generated content (acknowledged and forwarded — not an endorsement). A signatory to the EU AI Pact, with voluntary Pillar II commitments on AI Act readiness. Ongoing dialogue with national authorities, and exploring Article 57 regulatory-sandbox participation.

06

Integration partnerships

We work with consultancy and technology partners so agencies can deploy Governed Voice AI inside the tools and CRMs their end-clients already use. Partner enquiries are welcome.

07

Gets smarter with every call

Every governed call produces a structured compliance-decision record: which rule fired, what was blocked or allowed, in which jurisdiction, on which vertical. The architecture is designed so that, over time, the policy engine can tell — per vertical and per jurisdiction — which rules tend to cost revenue versus which prevent claims, and surface those patterns back to the people authoring policy. The data compounds: a competitor starting from zero governed calls cannot replicate accrued, structured governed-call records, however well funded — the decision history only exists because the calls were governed in the first place. This is how the system is designed to improve, not a published benchmark.
