Data Governance & Aggregate Compliance Research
A privacy-preserving research dataset built from opted-in Audact deployments — a structured source of EU AI compliance signal.
Dataset contents
- Per-country Article 50 disclosure effectiveness — drop-off, comprehension, opt-out rates by language and jurisdiction.
- LLM failure-pattern analysis — hallucination, scope-violation, and bias-trigger categories across providers.
- Per-jurisdiction enforcement severity — fines, supervisory-authority decisions, and case-law signals.
- Consent-mechanism resilience — opt-in vs implied vs opt-out durability across re-contact scenarios.
- Prompt-incident classification — taxonomy of failure modes that triggered Audact policy intervention.
Privacy-preserving design
- Opt-in via DPA — no customer data enters the aggregate dataset without explicit Data Processing Agreement.
- k-anonymity ≥ 50 — every record class contains at least 50 indistinguishable members.
- No PII — names, identifiers, voice samples, and transcripts are excluded by design.
- Frankfurt-only processing — aggregation pipelines never leave EU jurisdiction.
