Patent Licensing Program

Program activates post-PCT Q1 2027

ARM-Style Per-Bundle Licensing for Regulated AI.

Audact’s 44-family patent portfolio (UK IPO, PCT Q1 2027) is being structured into four initial licensing bundles. Per-bundle annual licence plus optional event-fees — modelled on ARM’s royalty-per-design-licence playbook.

Four initial bundles

Article 50 Attestation Bundle

P11 · P28 · P34

€50–150K/yr + €0.001/event

Cryptographic Article 50 disclosure attestation, sequencing logic and channel-agnostic attestation framework. The reference licence for any platform shipping outbound AI conversations into the EU.

Outbound Eligibility Bundle

P22 · P35 · P27

€30–100K/yr

Outbound AI call orchestration, eligibility engine and vulnerable-person detection. The bundle every outbound-AI orchestrator needs to be defensible under the EU AI Act and national telecom law.

Brand Governance Bundle

P8 · P9 · P15

€100–300K/yr

Real-time brand governance, commercial transaction validation, scope-of-practice enforcement. For brand-governance and commercial-AI vendors operating across regulated verticals.

Multi-Modal Attestation Bundle

P1D · P34

€500K–2M/yr

Multi-modal attestation and channel-agnostic attestation across voice, chat, video. The bundle every general-purpose AI provider should license once cross-modal disclosure becomes regulatory baseline.
