DMCA & IP takedown policy.
Audact respects intellectual-property rights and responds to properly-formed takedown notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the EU Copyright in the Digital Single Market Directive (CDSM).
1. How to submit a notice
Send a written notice tolegal@audact.aiwith the subject line“IP Takedown — Audact”. Include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing (URL, configuration ID, evidence-chain reference)
- Your contact details (name, address, email, phone)
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, agent, or law
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
2. Counter-notice procedure
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Audact will share the counter-notice with the original complainant and restore the material after 10 business days unless court action is initiated.
3. Repeat-infringer policy
Customers with repeated, validated takedown notices will have their accounts suspended or terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
